As a Gallup Certified-Strengths Coach, I offer a variety of services ranging from 1v1 coaching to full team workshops and beyond!
In 1v1 coaching environments, we typically schedule sessions on a regular cadence to help you achieve your goals.
In team environments, we will work together to design a workshop that fits the goals and objectives of your team. Whether it's teambuilding, driving business results, enhancing relationships achieving a goal, or even taking part in a Strengths Escape Room (!), we will create a structure unique and targeted to you.
